We have recently installed a Deluxe DSC ((Digital Security Controls) New Home Alarm System with Smart Home Technology allowing us to view parts of our house and manage the system through iPhone App even when we are away. We are very satisfied with the quality of the equipment installed which is state of the art, yet easy to use intuitively. The documentation provided is also very well done and helpful. Most of all, customer support and service are excellent. The expertise, experience, interpersonal relations and, most of all, dedication to client service, are simply exceptional. In particular we would mention Alliyah Velasquez of customer service and Ardian, of technical support. Their commitment to excellence further enhances Deluxe Alarms overall approach of excellent product and excellent client service. Although we only had Deluxe Alarms System for only one month, we already know that we are and will remain loyal clients. Thank you Deluxe Alarms!

Hello, I wanted to say that I had the most friendliest representative help me today on my request of a Home Alarm Certificate. This was in my mailbox in no less than 5 minutes and to my broker right after. This is called doing what you’re saying you’re doing - but with a smile:). Would love to hear more on upgrades now. Ash.

I moved into my new home 6 months ago and the home security system that was in the house was a bit old when I called to activate the system Deluxe alarms offered to upgrade my system at no cost and $25.00/month.

They were fast and installed the new alarm the very next day.
